Little Caesars Pizza - Panama City

The first bacon pizza that I ordered from here was good and the one topping of bacon was plentiful. This last pizza on 12/19/2021 was like someone sprinkled five bacon crumbs on it and poured bacon grease on it for the seasoning or taste of the bacon. The pizza was good but the bacon toppings where almost nonexistent. I called and complained to their manager and he didn?t offer me anything to make my customer satisfaction valued except for telling me that they follow the same procedures as the other little caesars pizza chains in the surrounding area. If he would have offered me something to say hay sir we will make it up to you with another pizza with more toppings; I would have been ok but he didn?t do that for me. For this manager I wasn?t worthy of that type of customer service satisfaction hahaha I want be returning back there or going to any little caesars pizza?s in theses areas of location any more.

It 's great to have them back and I can 't say they are up to par and understand the stress of finally being able to open. 1 of the 2 times going there was great, from the customer service to the order being correct and fresh n hot. The 1st time ordering I wasn 't pleased, the staff seemed untrained from start to finish and the pizza was cold.

I purchased the classic bundle and a Supreme. Which the classic wasn't even warm it was dried out, you could tell by appearance and taste that it wasn't fresh. I ordered ahead online , waited 10-15 min. before going to pickup I still had to wait about 10 minutes longer for the stuffed cheesy bread other pizza. You can't add or remove ingredients to or from the pizza in the bundle, because it is offered at a special rate 10.95 for a pizza, 2 liter stuffed cheesybread), or you can customize for $7.95 for the pizza $1.99 for each additional topping). Which equals the same price as the bundle, just for the pizza.

They run this location as it should be. Maybe because it's fairly new , but so far I haven't had a bad experience with them. The food is always as good as it can be. They're quick , courteous and clean. That's about all you ask for nowadays.

Got a big order and also used drive through.pizza is always amazing, and I'm nuts for crazy bread. Not a fan of the wings. But that's okay I love everything else
