The highlight for me was the unlimited all-you-can-eat snow crab legs, which were fresh and delicious. The filet mignon was tender and cooked to perfection, and the shrimp and chicken were equally satisfying. The buffet also features a range of other options, including pasta, a well-stocked salad bar, pizza, and a delightful array of desserts. The prices are a bit on the higher side, but considering the quality and variety of food available, it's worth the splurge for a special occasion or if you have a big appetite. Our server was very nice and very helpful, her tip was justified for her service. We chose to dine outside, and the atmosphere was very relaxing. The outdoor seating provided a pleasant ambiance, perfect for a leisurely meal. Overall, The Wharf Buffet is a great spot for anyone looking to enjoy a diverse and plentiful dining experience.
Atmosphere and cleanliness is good. Hostess was rude Waitress was non existent. Waited 10 minutes just to put in a drink order and that was only because I flagged another waitress down. Also took 30 minutes to pick up the card to pay the bill.. I would have been more kind hearted about it, but it seriously wasn't that busy at 430pm. Food was good with very limited selection. Website stated it had crab cakes..no crab cakes were available. Crab legs and filets were really good though. Desserts were all hot or luke warm. Bottom line is if you want all you can eat crab and steak then the wharf is the place to go. I'd go back foe that.
I did not get any photos bc I was trying to enjoy the moment and my hands were full with crab legs. I will say the crab legs were perfect. Not sure why the reviews weren't great. Ours were steamy hot and just bc someone is playing them for you didn't slow anyone down from continuing to get there fill. This is actually smart so there is less waste as people and kids tend to overfill their plate and not eat it. Please note, if you are dining I , the only option is the Buffett and it is $60 per person. So come hungry and prepared and don't gripe about pricing for an all you can eat buffet and crab legs. I only got a plate of legs because I was full. Probably didn't eat $60 worth but I was full and got the crab I was searching for all week. So for me, I got my money's worth. You aren't going for the ambiance, even though it's low lit inside. They do have a great outside patio sitting area with string lights and the fountains may have their light show going. It's not a huge buffet which I liked and there were enough options. But went for the crab legs, not the buffet. Enjoy!
The food was excellent. Service was great. I understand crab legs are expensive so the only flaw is that it's a little pricey. However best filet and crab legs I've had in a LONG time. Very delicious sides and desert.
Brought our family of 4 for the all you can eat steak and crab legs. I 'm the only crab eater, so I enjoyed my meal. But the others had steak and weren 't fans. It 's rough to call it filet mignon when it 's super stringy/chewy. They were expecting steakhouse steak and they said it was comparable to Applebees. If you 're coming for crab legs and seafood, this was totally worth it. If you are coming for steak, maybe opt for the pasta bar or chicken tenders. I was impressed with the non seafood options for those that don 't enjoy seafood. Service was great. Our server checked on us plenty of times through the meal and kept our glasses full. Even the servers at the buffet that pass out the food was super friendly Environment was good. Very relaxed. Feel like you could come with pool hair and still fit in. Would love to come back without kids sometime!
