Starbucks - Panama City

Heather took my order with the utmost skill and patience, and made excellent suggestions when they didn't have the syrup I wanted. Overall my experience was fast and excellent. I come here often but felt I should share my experience this morning. Thanks Heather!

As always, Starbucks has gone above and beyond my expectations. My order was perfect, exactly as it appeared on the app. I even accidentally went to the wrong location, but that wasn't an issue for Starbucks; they simply adjusted my order to the store I was at. The staff was courteous, and the café was tidy.

The staff here is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The interior is spotless, and the employees strictly adhere to COVID-19 protocols, maintaining social distancing. Overall, I am very pleased with their high standards. However, I do wish they had a drive-thru option; it would be great for picking up coffee!

Super friendly and welcoming staff. Inside is very clean and clean. Employees follow the COVID-19 processes religiously and keep social distancing. Overall, I am very satisfied with such high standards. Although, I wish this situation had a ride thru. That would have made coffee process even more convenient.
