Taco Bell - Panama City

Ordered a 2 chalupa meal with a crunch wrap supreme. I recieved a crunch wrap that was an open mess with almost no insides and a cheese quasadilla...they got the drink right.

Order came wrong 3 times. Taco and Crunchwrap was burn. Not correct drinks. No sauce. This Taco Bell needs help.management must suck

This store and team members have gone under a change for the better. Better quality control and friendly team. Love the online app. I order from my car, walk in jump the line cause my order is packed and ready to go. Good job team and managers

I placed my order through the app and waited in the lobby for 30 minutes, only to be told that my food was never prepared. When I asked for a refund, they refused, claiming they couldn’t refund mobile orders. Instead, they provided me with a 1-800 number that only led to an automated system. Unfortunately, I had to wait even longer for food since I couldn't get my money back. On top of that, the food is consistently terrible, and the restaurant itself is dirty. I've deleted the app and will never return to this location. I also reached out to corporate, but they completely ignored my concerns. It's no surprise they have such poor service; there's no accountability. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs!

The service was absolutely terrible! I waited an hour for my Uber Eats order. My driver was incredibly patient and kind, but the restaurant's service was just awful!
