I've been to o'charly's in Illinois and the food and service was excellent !.. but me and my family went to this one in Jonesboro, Arkansas expecting the same experience..boy was I wrong!.. we got there about 11:45 for lunch and it was not busy at all the waitress was slow waiting on us ,slow at bringing the rolls and drinks our drinks where ice tea and it looked watered down..we ordered our lunches and finally got them after an hour and they were cold !.. 2 of us ordered the cornmeal catfish dinners they were NOT cornmeal but some kind of batter???.. very disappointing!..If this restaurant is part of the O'charly's franchise or independently owned it's giving the franchise name a bad reputation and by other reviews I've read we weren't the only ones that had a bad experience here..
Great service but the steak nachos were terrible. Couple of teaspoons of overdone tiny pieces of meat. We paid $2.00 for a little extra queso. Katlin is great at the bar so we left with the food and then threw it away at home. I called the manager who was nice so we will try something different next time.
O my word! Just tried the new appetizer..popcorn shrimp and crab..the crab cakes were perfectly seasoned and the shrimp was so tender! Y'all need to go by and try them for yourselves..
We use to love eating here. The menu has changed there is no longer a kids menu. Prices have increased that's OK but the quality of the food has changed dramatically everything we ordered was over cooked and tasted bland we have been long time customers but we will never go back and do not recommend it
