Drove thru drive through 20 minute wait ,go home 3minutes up the Rd , chicken,tenders cold ,chips cold not impressed at all Food: 1 Service: 1

Service is veeery slow. Takes a good 20 minutes to get food once ordered. Drive thru staff won't help if your order is wrong. Maybe the drive thru is faster. Basically waiting seated restaurant times for fastfood Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Wow Fox Glacier has nothing on these guys. Waiting more than 10 minutes for a colonel meal, the only people who got served were the staff serving themselves!

The order before mine was incomplete for customer and had to be rectified My order was missing all the fries for the meal deals only noticed when got home and opened the boxes went back to complain and get the outstanding items Not on KFC Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: NZ$60–70 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

On Saturday 13th July around 2:17pm I ordered 1pc hot or not meal and fell sick with food poisoning which caused stomach pain and vomiting. Monday 15th July still feeling unwell with stomach pains. I will not be returning. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: NZ$10–20 Service: 4
