Charlie Pizza - Panevezys

Nice staff, eating was nice, but adding odours on the top of my hazelnut platter is something they just don't do

Love charlie pizza savitiškio g. 61, (pc ryo, panewėžys I just want to share my expatence. it was bad. 1 The waiters do not speak in English, neither in Russian (we were from Latvia 2 when the latte was brought, the spoon was dirty and sticky, under the glass was dirty. ok I understand that it is not restaurant, but cleaner spoon is the standart 3 as waitress brought the salad not all dirty dishes taken away 4 and finally in cesar were old salad leaves and seemed that all salads were mixed with old mayonnaise.

We ordered a dish and two 20cm pizza. the dish came after 10 minutes and pizzas came after 40 minutes. they brought no food together, so my mother-in-law had to sit and wait for our food and we eat! that's very bad. eating was delicious, but my time is worth more than to give more stars. the place is dirty, it looks like they never cleaned their carpets on the stairs. very sad for people with allergy. we do not come back to this place.

The food was terible and the costumer service was even worse.

We are still here......did wait for 10 minutes for the menu and the girl was 4 meters away having the menus in front of her but ignoring us....did take 2 menus from her table and she just smiled...did wait other 10 minutes for a waitress who could speak English to take our order...the first order did arrive but no fork and knife...we did ask fof and they did bring one fork one knife....my pizza arrived shortly after and my fork and knjfe was missing this time....horrible!!! .usually they care about customers but today was a disaster....and thats why I will not leave any tip.... The food was tasty..
