Blaze Pizza - Panorama City

The dough makes up at least 70% of what makes pizza great, and out of all the current BYO pizza chains (like Pizzarew, Pieology, etc.), Blaze has by far the best dough! They also offer a unique caramelized wobble that the others don’t provide. There are around 15 vegetable toppings available, and there's no extra charge for as many as you'd like. They’ve recently introduced a homemade chorizo that’s incredibly flavorful but quite spicy. The cheese they use is Daiya, which is the go-to for about 90% of pizza places catering to vegans. I would give it a solid 5 stars, but I can’t quite go there since they aren’t fully vegetarian.

The pizza was not good at all. Anyone who opposes veganism and sees this "vegan" pizza would have a strong argument against it.

The vegan cheese is absolutely amazing!
