Sonic Drive-in - Paola

Just today I received my order at pickup from ordering on the Sonic app. My double hamburger, a great limited time deal I ordered with customization choices, was wrong. Has happened before, never serious, but this time I actually called the manager. He responded courteously re-made my order plus gave me a complimentary chip for a free drink for next time. Thank you for: your courtesy, your very realistic solution, your busy attention at NOON! It matters.

Service is a bit slow, food is average, but the employees seem to be getting nicer.

The food was over cooked so hard threw it out wasted lots money that's why I dont like to go out
