Dunkin' - PAOLI

Dunkin worst location ever. store closes at 5pm, but we were there at 4:45 and they said it is closed

This place is the worst they are so inconsistent with their service. One day you're waiting in line for 2 seconds another day it's 45 mins for a cup of coffee. They will wait 5 mins between each order it's ridiculous. Not happy with this place at all they should really open up the store not just for online orders

The staff at this restaurant are extremely impolite and disrespectful. They do not seem to speak English well. I would advise against using the drive-thru service at this location.

I used the Dunkin' mobile app, DD Perks, to order. The young man at the drive-thru window was friendly and accommodating. The cold brew coffee was delicious.

Often this situation still today in the drive through I was not allowed to finish the order as I took too long to ask for an additional min and was literally said no — 0% chance of me ever back
