Rio Bravo - PAONIA

Employees were lame from the greeter to the waitress didn't even get water had to ask for it then the waitresses were sitting down instead of helping the customers with drinks and didn't even come back to see if we needed refills or anything poor customer service for sure and the food tasted like old oil on the chips and tortilla in chicken taco salad and the burrito was bland not happy with our experience and won't be back

Wow. Travis has outstanding service. The best service I have ever had there. ? would absolutely recommend going there when he is working or requesting him.

The food was delicious, it took a while to serve, the place is simple, the waiters who serve are very friendly

I went for a ride and stumbled upon Rio Bravo, a Mexican restaurant that was fantastic. Shenandoah was incredibly polite, friendly, and knowledgeable, sharing information about the area. The restaurant was also very clean. The food was outstanding—my husband ordered a taco salad, and I chose a shrimp salad. Both dishes were delicious. Overall, we had a wonderful experience!

The food was enjoyable overall. I would rate it higher, but the salsa served with the chips was the worst I’ve ever tasted. It basically tasted like seasoned tomato juice with maybe 5% vegetables mixed in. The main courses we ordered were good, but the portions were quite small compared to what I've experienced at other Mexican restaurants recently. The prices were also on the higher side. On a positive note, the service and atmosphere were both excellent. I would consider dining here again, but I might just bring my own salsa, lol!
