Feedback gevenIt went downhill since they moved into their new location. in the tiny kitchen it is always hard to understated. eating takes forever, and they have minimal seating. because of personalization, 50% of the time is closed. I was told by a manager. the ground for the movement and it is hardly ever open. on a positive is the coffee in the hot.
I have brought my child there to get mac n cheese and a smoothie to dinner. we told them to go and end almost 40 minutes waiting for mac n cheese. during this waiting there, where only about 4 people who have reimbursed their commands, and 3 or 4 people who receive refunds that have gone. this is the second time waiting with over 30 minutes, the first time they were able to give me a warning in the opposite of this time.
They're pretty good. I wish the tables were often wiped and the drinks were filled more often. the ordering tablets are also broken. but eating is average for a panera and they get it pretty fast.
They win this panera again an attempt as it moved. since the last visit, it's been about 5 years. no. it still can't get a job right. ordered a pick 2 with a mac cheese a bacon turkey bravo. mac cheese was completely forgotten. we had to go back to demand it, and they gave us a turkey avacado sandwich instead of the bravo. Other places that we tried do not seem to have this problem.
Purchased the bacon turkey bravo asked for no special sauce. Not only was the sauce still added. But nothing on this looks fresh it looks old and stale. As if it was pre made and just sitting it?s disgusting at best. And the worst part is the mistakes with orders seems to be a normal occurrence at this location. I?ve come several times in the last couple months. And each time I?ve had to park and go back in from the drive-thru. Ask that the order be made correctly as the receipt shows. Some serious retraining needs to be done.
