Seeking a culinary adventure at Ping Pang Pong in the Gold Coast Hotel is truly an extraordinary experience. This Chinese restaurant is well known for its popularity in offering an array of traditional Chinese regional dishes and a delightful dim sum lunch. The restaurant balances authenticity and modernity, creating a contemporary setting that is perfect for enjoying a meal with friends and family. Recently, my family and I found ourselves redirected from the Palms buffet to Ping Pang Pong a decision that turned out to be serendipitous. Our culinary journey began with the Salt and Pepper Pork Chops, which were unequivocally the best pork chops we had ever tasted. The succulence, the perfect balance of flavors, and the delightful crunch created a symphony of flavors in our palates that left us wanting more. As we ventured further into the menu, we were delighted by the Orange Chicken, which delivered a sweet and tangy delight, while the Night Market Fried Rice showcased a mesmerizing fusion of textures and aromas. The Sliced Beef, tossed with fresh Thai chilies, bean sprouts, and diced tomatoes, was a vibrant and flavorful dance on our taste buds, showcasing the culinary prowess of Ping Pang Pong. Next, we tried the Ying Nan Rice Noodle Soup Vermicelli, a masterpiece in a bowl. It brought together shrimp, fish balls, calamari balls, and minced pork in a sumptuous chicken broth enriched with Ying Nan chili paste, scallions, and cilantro. The symphony of flavors was exceptional, elevating this dish to the echelons of culinary artistry. As we continued our culinary journey, we were pleasantly surprised by the Asparagus Stir Fry with Wood Ear Mushroom Mountain Yam, which seamlessly blended freshness and earthiness. Even as someone not particularly fond of fish, the Black Bean Sauce Fish Fillet won me over with its impeccable preparation, showcasing the chef's mastery in turning a classic into an unforgettable experience. In conclusion, Ping Pang Pong has emerged as a culinary gem in Las Vegas, securing its place as one of the city's best Chinese restaurants. The symphony of flavors, the meticulous preparation, and the inviting contemporary setting make this establishment a must visit for enthusiasts of authentic and delicious Chinese cuisine. Ping Pang Pong doesn't just offer a meal; it crafts an unforgettable culinary journey that transcends expectations and elevates the art of Chinese dining in Las Vegas.
The broccoli beef dish was superb and great service!
Loved almost everything we ordered. Large portion for dim sum, reasonable price and attentive service.
We went for dim sum for lunch at 11:00 am. We were seated immediately. Staff was great!! We received our drinks and selected our assorted dim sum quickly. The ribs were so tender and yummy. The duck was delicious. The dumplings, bbq pork buns and other items were tasty. Fabulous place! Would return when back in Vegas!!
