Taco Bell - Paragould

I really enjoy Taco Bell. They make great burritos, tacos, and a variety of other items. My 17-year-old daughter loves getting her meals from here. My favorite menu item is her taco salad. I hope it makes a return! Overall, we frequently have a good time at this restaurant.

I placed an order and paid through the app. When I arrived by car and gave my name, they informed me that I had a balance of $3.89. After about five minutes, they were able to sort it out. The staff was friendly for the most part, and the restaurant appeared clean from the outside. I'm giving it 3 stars because there was an issue with another order. After waiting in line for 30 minutes, I decided not to go back to pick up the correct one. Things happen, and it is what it is. They offered to make it for me at a later time after I called to let them know. I'll update my review if I return for the replacement order.

Our experience during our visit was quite disappointing. After waiting nearly 30 minutes for our food, it raised doubts about whether we would return. We noticed that other customers were facing similar delays; some were frustrated enough to cancel their orders. The shift manager explained that they had a large drive-thru order and were understaffed. It makes you wonder why they didn’t bring in extra help or assist one of the managers.

The food was really good, the lady in the window was super nice! But wait... It took 35 minutes to get our order through the ride thru, there were only 2 cars before us! Do not recommend if you are looking for “fast” foods.

I give two stars only because of Bill/Eric and the only other employee which I don't know his name. As far as I was aware there were only two employees working tonight. Eric kept an amazing attitude even though the drive through was completely packed to the road nonestop. The food we did receive was great, I just wish we would have received our complete order which was placed online before we got there. I'm not placing blame on them though because there should be at least two more employees working. I can say this taco bell has gone downhill in the past two years. Each time we have went there regardless of the number of employees working our order has not been completed correctly. We were missing a couple of the high dollar items tonight including a 5 layer beef burrito and Chipotle cheddar chelupa, we received a beef chipotle ranch burrito instead of the chicken. Do better Taco Bell.
