Starbucks - Paramount

This used to be my favorite go-to store until April of this year. I received an expired lunch item, and when I tried to call the number on my receipt (which is the same as the one listed on Google for the business), my calls just kept ringing and then got cut off. I ultimately had to drive back to the store to inform them about the expired food. When I spoke to the managers, their response was surprisingly casual, arguing that the date I saw wasn't the expiration date but rather the date they donate food to charity. This really made me question the store's storage and checking practices. When they offered me a replacement, it turned out to be expired as well. It's disheartening to have had such an experience, especially since this used to be one of the few places that consistently made my drinks perfectly. Even now, when I visit the store infrequently, they manage to get my drink right every time.

This Starbucks is fantastic! Jasmine and Brion provided exceptional customer service, complete with friendly smiles and an extra drink. Happy 4th of July to you both, wonderful people!

I visit this Starbucks three times a week and always order a Venti Iced Blonde Vanilla Latte with just three ice cubes, and I've never had a problem. However, today my drink was filled about 80% and when I mentioned it wasn't full, the attendant told me it was because I didn’t request enough ice. The reason I order it that way is because they usually put too much ice and not enough beverage. I've been coming to this Starbucks for years without any issues, and this was really disappointing. Shaking my head.

Came in to get some work done. Looks smells clean. Plenty of outlets against the wall by the couches, bar top/ high chairs, in the middle table underneath. As well as 2 functional restrooms. Nice ambiance lighting! Customer service was great too!

I 'm sure the drinks here were cheaper than in WA State come on WA, seriously? I love the fact that they put a whole bunch of (freeze dried) strawberries in my Pink drink, at least double than what I usually get where I live, which is appreciated! 4.5 ? 's
