Chipotle Mexican Grill - Paramus

Probably one of the worst food meals delivered. Second time from this location, incorrect food received, delivered ice cold and not one thing was delivered right. Don?t even bother with this place.

The Route 17 S. in Paramus, NJ location is terrible. We eat out a lot and this Chipotle used to be good! I know staffing issues are a problem. But food should look edible. And if the customer brings it back the problem should be fixed. I RARELY bring food back. We are usually missing something. Whatever the problem is is always fixed right away. They either remake the item or add whats missing. Never again. the picture is suppose to be tacos

Really bad experience with this particular location. I?ve ordered chicken quesadillas and they had the nerves to just send me beens and rice, it?s the second time they mess up. If you can stay away from this place

Employees do not greet you. When I order ahead, I'll be standing there at the pick up and 3 employees will pass me as if I am not there. The people that are packing the orders should not be the only ones to ask for a name for the pick up orders (their backs are always turned to the food/screen). Also, I've seen a driver for Ubereats/Doordash get the same treatment. In the restaurant industry, which I have worked, the employees need to be trained to work as a team. Everyone greets everyone just because you're designated to a position, you're serving the people that are walking in or cooking in the back, you should still greet everyone. Last one, at 12pm on a Wednesday, the seating area/floor should not be filthy.

My first visit to a chipotle, friendly helpful staff, bowl with chicken was huge, almost two meals. Tasted great. Excellent iced tea also!!!!
