Villa Fresh Italian Kitchen - Paramus

The worst experience dealing with the employees at this location. They are very rude and disrespectful with customers. They not even say hello or welcome you, they act if you are going to ask for free food to them. I had that feeling since the very first time but I didn't give it importance, since I just want to eat in my break from work and I didn't have time to argue with them, but today they really went too far with their attitude. I will get in contact with the Company and put a complaint. They can not have those individuals taking care of that business.

This spot should be shut entirely down at the Garden State Plaza mall. I found brown particles in 2 of my sodas and didn’t even receive an apology. They didn’t seem to care at all. The workers there are rude as usual and had an attitude while giving me my refund. The food looked very dry and was luke warm. I will not spend a penny there EVER again. Even if I am starving. Horrible customer service, not sanitary enough and food needs some serious improvement. I’m sure GSP can find a better replacement.

The food is great but the lady who always takes my order isnt doing her customer service right today she didnt even give me my pizza warm is was cold she also just leaves my order on the counter and just gives me a bag so i do it myself i dont mind it but i thought it’s something a worker should do common sense. customer service here isnt that good but the food is great !!

I can agree with all the negative experiences others have had I wouldn 't set your expectations high upon visiting this restaurant

Good pizza but the girl at the counter was either super high or super tired.
