Pizza Hut Kapiti - Paraparaumu

I would give this place zero stars if I could. Every time I order pizza, it's always an hour late for pickup. However, the pizzas do taste good. It seems like they're just really busy at this pizza spot.

Absolutely disappointing. We ordered delivery for 5:30, but it didn't arrive until 6:30 with no apology. The food was still warm, which suggests it had just been boiled. The bases were unusual, not the typical puffy ones we're used to. We won't be ordering from here again.

A complete disaster. I highly recommend ordering from a different place; even if it takes longer to get there, you'll receive your meal sooner. The staff is incompetent and there is absolutely no service. They don't take feedback seriously at all. I used to be a regular customer, but not anymore.

Worst services conceivable. ordered via the app, after an hour called to tell them only, food is prepared now and 30 minutes later still food. So I went to the store to be told by a smirky coworker that my eating is on my way to my home. I came to the house and I haven't delivered yet. 20 minutes from trying to get someone I came through and said my order is still in charge. children are now asleep and my geduld and spent $39. 2 hours later, the food finally arrives. Yes, you guessed if the service was so bad that the food should fit, it was dirty and ice-cold. the only consistent in this business is the ability to disappoint each time we order there. they waste their money or their time, unless they pay to be disappointed, disgusted and starved.

Ordered 1hr before our chosen pick up time, pizza was still 40mins late. Finally called for my order just to be told they're only just putting the onion rings in now. Isn't the first time they have been significantly late. Poor service, average quality food.
