Feedback gevenDistinguishing how this is classically a good brasserie. but we had a drink, and white we drank the cocktail, they came with the “entré”, and neger is not good with neither oyster nor boudin blanc truffé. the oysters were too large and completely dry as the whole juice was on the plate. in the main course the “Chapon” is dry and hard, and not good. the burglar and the sauce were very good. but the service was without engagement and served good oysters should be a piece of og cake. very disappointing.
Like other restaurants in the group flo the atmosphere of these classic restaurants has not changed much, but what has the quality of the food. it is now industrially in front of flo the 2 cheese soaps that would be burned out and exposed would never leave the kitchen. numerous other supplements for food failure. they enjoy the atmosphere of group flo rooms like bofinger and balzar, where they have the same industrial foods. if possible, with dings that do not frozen or kept in huge prepackaged, such as fresh seafood tablets.

The Balzar is charming in many ways: it has not been fancied up and features large tables where parties can dine comfortably along the banquettes which is charming. The noise level is good and the Blanquette de Veau extraordinaire -with a superb cheese souffle au gruyere to kick things off. The Tarte Tatin was perfect served with creme fraiche. Spectacular, charming, and not pretentious all wrapped up in one. Even the vin ordinaire was excellent.
Friendly service; generous portions; fine food. One of my favorite places to go in Paris.
