Experience top in Paris. Pasta carbonara, pasta with truffle, fagottini and pannacotta—the dishes I had the opportunity to taste so far—are exceptional. Friendly and friendly reception. I was able to make friends with other clients when my first visit, and enjoy an even more warm welcome when I came back for a second time. Paolo is generous with conversation and grappa.
