A very good time. The decoration is tasteful, small table, it is a bowl. The service (by Jean-Charles) is absolutely perfect: just, interesting, delicate and elegant. The dishes are mostly very good: the organ point of the meal was the turkey with cocoa sauce, large and an explosion in the mouth. Meritually his star.

Great disappointment, the concept is interesting but most dishes are certain and insipid, the beef was full of nerve as a simple supermarket meat... There are many gastronomic restaurants without star much better and cheaper than the study.

Absolutely delicious, with a tasting formula adapted to the current fire cover, 19h-20h30. The accompaniment of the gustative discovery is excellent, we are told the history and origin of the ingredients, all organic and less than 100km from Paris, of an irreproachable quality. Hurry!
