Just for the decoration recalling in detail a street of large Japanese cities, and for the kindness of its waiters and cooks, this restaurant really worth the detour. I admit, I'm not an expert in terms of ramen, but this one just put me on the ground so it was goutu! It is the Paitan, whose broth is thicker, milky, and divinely good. Don't forget to add the mollet egg, a real cherry on the cake. This restaurant is a mess, run. Price order: Niboshi Paitan Ramen tamago, 15€
The restaurant is unpleasant, but very narrow. The walls were built on the street. We'd believe in the streets in Japan. The ramens are also very good, but less good than Tsuta in Japan who remains my heart.
A good Ramen shoyu that reminds me a little of Tsuta's in Tokyo even though it is still far from being able to match it, arduous but not impossible task, may be necessary to start with the broth that is a little too salty to my taste. A decor and a nice atmosphere otherwise, the time of an evening I felt like I extended my trip to Japan:
Finally was able to test today a small vegetable ramen, full of taste, a generous portion and an impressive decoration. I had a big lantern in the safe, but we do. It's my second favorite ramen on Paris right now, I can't wait to taste the autumn recipe.
We had a good time, the atmosphere is really atypical. After waiting 20 minutes on the sidewalk, we were able to taste the ramens for the first time. Thanks to the whole team that was great, we'll be back.
