First of all, it is not a gastronomic restaurant - do not expect this factor wow. there are about 8 tight tables next to a wine merchant and yes, the food comes out of a microwave. but it doesn't stop you. we found the restaurant by chance walking in the narrow streets and entered without any waiting - with just a group of 4 on another table. We thought we were brave. And you know how fortune helps the brave? there is no claim to Parisian style or elegance. The service was fast and we took our time. there was no precipitation despite the other tables that turned twice as we sat down and demolished a bottle of ridge at 23 € and a dish of wine **** and cod. dessert was a compote of apples in calvados and an apple sorbet. and enough bread to continue. not a single filling element or sign of vegetable aid plate - I might have asked. the single waitress also doubled in the shop. I can only imagine that others found her a bad day - we found her charming and happy to leave us to our own business. we would go back to it - we know more safer places, but it is a healthy food that tastes good (even if it arrives at the table via a microwave).
The very friendly Christian cook welcomes us with a big smile! simple cooking without pasta, pizza or fries salads, soups, tartines and some hot dishes typically French without forgetting the fondue of beef with hot red wine (cruel of wine,) healthy and without smell! sensational and to recommend any month of the year
I went to dinner with my wife, the treatment was phenomenal and we had a very good dinner (paste and pasta veal) very good and at a good price. recommended site
Three microwaves and no pepper mills. I should have turned and left. but I stayed for a poor onion soup and a provencal chicken just as poor. cheap, not good.
We came for a special meal with the parents at the end of October. young server completely disinterested to be interested in us or to establish a relationship with us and to provide a decent customer service. We ordered beef rib for 2 people at 65 euros, but the server did not bring steak knives until they were asked after the meal and an attempt was made to cut the meat. The steak was raw, not pink, raw. My mother-in-law ordered a lamb shoulder on a bed of potato purée - the lamb was completely insipid - it was grateful for the potato purée, a purée dear for more than 23 euros, I had a risotto, again, insipid and too expensive to 25 euros. On Saturday night at 9:30, the restaurant refused a dozen customers, a very disappointed sum of having spent 192 euros in garbage - we were embarrassed to have brought family here. We have eaten in this neighborhood for many years, it must be the worst meal we've ever had to bet. Conversely we went the next day to the twickenham bistro in the Latin Quarter, the waiter was fabulous, attentive, humorous, interested; this young server could have a lesson of this guy.
