Like swimming in the sea, sea snails well seasoned and tender, Amandes (as in Long Island, but Amande color, so aboriently natural with homemade mayonnaise, beef and vinegar, butter and lemon. I am an American chef in Paris who smiles and welcomes at Club 21 Qou Vadis (sous Koch) and a restaurant owner in Paris for 35 years. We will return.

Very good and very fresh, but the dishes are expensive and little copied. To advise some nights for those who love oysters at will!
