I had a ingwer, gay tortilla escaped and a duck main course and loved...both we stayed a long time and didn't hurry at all. I would return to this restaurant in a heartbeat.
It was recommended by a friend brother and had a reservation at 7:30 for 4 people. the restaurant was very nice and the waitress was very helpful to understand with the transfer of the menu in English for the party. we have ordered all our ancestors and that is when my discontent began. I ordered a tweeper dish with mushrooms and once brought out was only a small red boiled, in half cut with what looked like a quarter of a mushroom cut and placed top with tiny bacon bits! (6€ really! a party ordered the same and was equally disappointing! the other two ordered ocotopus and a wobbly tart that they enjoy! my main concern was the main thing that was a pigeon with new kartoffels and again bacon bits! the pork had no taste, whatever and the meat was very chewing and the sauce was just as bad. if it wasn't for the bacon bits it would have been no taste, which ever. I'm sorry to say, but the whole party was dissatisfied with eating and for the price of the restaurant expected a much higher culinary experience
The presentation of eating is nice, but unfortunately everything was quite tasteless. Moreover, the service was terrible (rude and nonchalant)! not cheap, but also not very expensive and the price-performance ratio is low.
We stumbled across Margo by chance, on a Saturday night when all restaurants were full. Located on an out of the way side street, we accidently found this and decided to try it, although the combinations of the ingredients listed in the menu seemed a...bit off beat. We were so surprised to find the combinations fresh and unique and went surprisingly well. The cucumber melon salad with basil and feta had a very light and delicate dressing. The beetroot salad and the seared tuna were amazing and the breaded chicken was not your typical fried chicken either, but came with a citrus peanut sauce that perfectly complemented the chicken. Even the wine by the glass was very good quality...and normally this isn't easy to find as it's usually of lesser quality. This was so good I went back a few days later. For sure not your typical food place. Small but lovely and inviting atmosphere.
