Menelik - Paris

The place is very traditional. We were very welcome. The food was excellent.

My husband and I went to dinner at this restaurant last Saturday and it was a wonderful experience! The service was fast, but without pressure. The atmosphere was animated, there was Ethiopian music. The decor was colorful and there were many symbols from 'Ethiopia, for example photos of political figures and celebrities from 'Ethiopia. Regarding food, we loved the Ethiopian crêpe called 'Injera', it was served with different kinds of sauces, curry and salads. We ate tartare beef prepared in Ethiopia, with clarified butter, a mixture of spices, fresh cheese and fresh mint leaves. It was absolutely delicious, delicious. The meat was tender and balanced. We finished the dinner with an Ethiopian corsé coffee. Even if the restaurant only accepts the species, I recommend it anyway!

Excellent, advised by an Ethiopian friend and he's right. The dishes are delicious, I have a weak for the Shiro and the atmosphere is great.
