Thierry Marx La Boulangerie - Paris

I spent a morning there for coffee growth, not disappointed at all! decor and very nice reception, we are seized by the good smells of the counter that prepares the formulas of the noon. Fuzzy limit not to taste immediately! cherry on cake prices are ordinary, for a tasting that is not. Other great names of gastronomy could be inspired by the philosophy of the chef marx.

I love this bakery, bread, Makis bread, salads, pastries and sweet pies. I'm just disappointed that they have changed the recipe of Paris-Brest, visually it's tristounet compared to the fabulous montage of the past but above all it lacks hazel cracker, well present before... can we hope to find the previous version?

A place at the height of the reputation of Chief Marx, warm and refined but without chichi at the reach of all the scholarships and for this bas-leader Marx , as in the image also of the executive leader Joël defives MOF baker with which Chief Marx knows a complicity that gives this place a place of sharing and a true sense to the artisanal word of our baker !!!

Very good bakery. I like to go from time to time to enjoy a good Vienna. Hot and welcoming place with possibility to eat on site. A very good address I recommend. Special mention for the brewing brewing in the praline: a true wonder!

Absolutely delicious...very beautiful idea of Chef Thierry Marx is a bakery not like others... The know-how of the chef we notice in every product of his bakery... Cold or hot sandwiches, the sublime types of quiches, the desserts are not missed during your visit.. Emporter and or on site everything is possible with a smiling and very attentive staff...Bravo Absolutely delicious... very nice idea of the chef Thierry Marx it is a bakery like no other ... The know-how of the chef we notice in missed each product of his bakery ... Cold or hot desserts, Take away or on site everything is possible with a smiling staff and very attentive to customers ...
