Yansai - Paris

It's been a while since I wanted to test Yansai after I saw all the foodiesphere talking about it. And so for some addresses you feel the marketing operation, for Yansai it is a real plan of people who like to eat at reasonable prices. In a small room with open kitchen, you will eat on large wooden tabs. The gua bao chicken crispy I took was excellent. I rarely tasted in Paris a bao bread as successful: tender and elastic without being rubbery. Jumped eggplants are also excellent and very well seasoned. As for the service, the staff is pleasant and coming without being invasive. Anyway, it's a good one for Yansai! Gua Bao (6€ , fries (3€ , eggplants jumped (6€)
