Do not order from here for delivery! They will let door dash steal your food and then they won't refund your money for food that was stolen and not delivered! I'm going to contact my bank and report fraud because papa Murphy won't refund my money even though the owner said they would. How they are saying door dash will refund me and them but that means papa Murphy has my money and door dash refund and I still won't have my money back! Tried calling and talk to some general manager Tish and was told no males work there and I couldn't have talk to any male about my refund and I must have wrong location! Already being defensive and she wasn't listening. Cause she came back and said I spoke with the owner who was male. So there is a male who works there, owner or not still a male but she tried make it seem like I was wrong about that! People need to pick other jobs or professions because being uneducated and trying to serve the public is not right cause we have to deal with you. I just want my money back and papa Murphy should refund it cause it was paid to papa Murphy from their website not door dash and the cancellation came email came from papa Murphys. I have ordered serval times from here and we always picked it up. This was the first time I did delivery but I will never do business with them again because they don't honor or respect the customer. I will be filing theft with police and fraud with my bank because I feel like door dash and papa Murphy running a scam and leaving the customer with no money or product but they are concerned about their product that went out the door but not concerned about the product customer didn't receive. Bad business! Coming from another business owner who owns three businesses since 2007! Bad business!!!!
