The...employees run classes that took my wife, it was a Christmas gift. the people came from quite frankly, even london to take the class. even a weinsommelier from burgund took this class that they regularly offer and we noticed that workers who work here leave and start their own tee shops, for example one we know in trouville, led by an ex Palais employee. they offer free tassen tee on the road, so I can leave the appetit and go a hot cup free tee! to use a new yorker print, what is not to like?
(I actually go to their other branch in 14e but there doesn't seem to be a listing for that one so I'll just write it here.) I feel like Palais des Thés is
A little expensive, but so worth the money! The teas are lovely to give as gifts and the staff were very helpful!
I made the tour of the big tea houses with an American friend and I went among other things to the tea palace on the old street of the temple. If I had a remark to make, it is that the shop is a bit exigue. a part of that, the welcome was incredible. We are used the last compositions of the house, with knowledge and generosity. at the bottom of this shop is the teas of origin to the weight, and there again there is a sampling of rare tea in tasting. The staff is very kind, smiling and ultra-patient. The reception is really less formal and cold than in the neighbor’s “brother marriage”, and the teas are of equivalent quality as well as the prices. We can also flank, gouter, without buying anything, we leave you alone. a nice place that you are novice or amateur enlightened, and perfect also for small gifts.
Ok, I will stop at any tea store even ones with too much an emphasis on 'alternative' infusions.
