I wasn't really comfortable having dinner in an empty restaurant. The service was pretty slow, but it didn't bother me, we weren't in a hurry. The dish was very good, but I hated dessert. supposed to be strawberry-based, it was primarily focused on pistachio in all its forms. result I couldn't touch it and it left like what in the kitchen. When we left we could see the breakfast buffet ready to serve for the next day, so I found it was a room to do everything rather than real 5* restaurant ... it summarizes my opinion: I didn't have the feeling of having dinner in a palace. empty room, no atmosphere, mixed on the kitchen...I can't frankly recommend it given my feeling. I'd go back somewhere.
Very average brunch, we expected much better in a 5-star hotel. we had booked a table for 7 people and had been placed in a short, shadowy rear grave that looked more like a space to be rid of than a terrace. I therefore recommend that you ask for a table in the main court. the buffets are quite varied but be careful to arrive relatively early because they remove everything when they decide the brunch is over. The service is long, to have a bottle of champagne and the flutes was really laborious. . and so it was throughout the brunch. We prefer without hesitation the brunch of the island chalet, the buffets are just as gourmet and the atmosphere much more convivial.
We were 7 at dinner and it was a big disappointment for everyone. the terrace being closed without real reason and without being warned we were repatriated inside or the frame has no interest, no window and full air conditioning: underground atmosphere of the airport. but the real problem comes from the dishes, none is at the height of the prices practiced, nothing is really very good, well seasoned or well cooked. special mention for beef fillet in wasabi: fully covered with sauce, the meat is absolutely immangeable and the dish goes back into almost intact kitchen. for ,e rien arranger, the service is deplorable: much too slow for a room that had barely thirty diners, for example, you have to ask two servers and four times to have a bottle of water. In short, the restaurant is to be avoided, the neighborhood offers much better in terms of value for money.
Breakfast had many varieties of bread, several meats (cooked and uncooked). The eggs were terrible. Service to get hot tea, coffee, or juice (if they ran out) was almost non-existent.
A lunch in a quiet idyllic setting, a charming staff and an imaginative and delicious cuisine. Not to mention their beautiful cocktails.
