Sonic Drive-in - Park

Placed and order and had it read back right, but didn't receive about 1/3 of the order and were told that we didn't order all that we did. And waited awhile to even get an answer in the first place.

We ordered over 30$ worth of items. The lady said they couldn’t take split payments. Even though I was there a week prior and they took a split payment. Don’t know if they were just being lazy or what. It wasn’t busy at all. Forgot to also give us our food and when we did get the food they got my drink wrong and forgot sauces. Really disappointed and would have rather gone to valley centers sonic !

Great service (always with a smile). I loved their french fries (fresh and perfect texture). I was visiting from out of town and the Sonic in our town does not make fries that good!

Easy to order ahead on the app. Staff was friendly and helpful. We needed more ketchup than we could ask for on the app and we got it promptly with a smile.

The girl doing the windows for Halloween was doing such a great job. Perfect little snack for the road.
