My recent encounter with Domino's left much to be desired. I had ordered a simple vegetarian pizza, explicitly emphasizing no onions, but what I received was a pizza laden with extra onions, completely diverging from my preferences. The disappointment deepened when I discovered an additional charge on my receipt, seemingly an unjust penalty for the restaurant's error. This experience made me question the reliability of Domino's in maintaining order accuracy and fairness in their pricing.Beyond the flawed order and questionable charges, the lack of resolution or acknowledgment of their mistake left me dissatisfied with Domino's customer service. A restaurant's true measure is often revealed in how they handle errors, and in this case, Domino's fell short. The combination of a botched order and an unwarranted extra charge significantly marred what should have been a simple and enjoyable meal. I'll think twice before considering Domino's for my future pizza cravings.
Always fast, always hot upon arrival, super friendly delivery drivers. Best Dominos we’ve ever had!
Order delivered not to my address. Had call the store 3 times and finally asked them to cancel after 3 hours. Driver left the pizza somewhere, wrong address and did t knock on door like they were supposed to. Working on getting store to refund. After 3 hours they told me they could remake if I gave them another 1.5 hours. Guess I got unlucky with bad driver and bad management.
