Thai So Good - Park City

Good is good. But I called and ordered my food. 20 minutes later I arrived. Food wasn’t ready. I have been sitting here now for 35 minutes and have yet to see my order. 55 minutes si ce I placed the order. Not coming back.

Foods ok and over priced. The real star is the service. Said 20 minutes on the phone and here we are sitting for over an hour. Keeps saying 5 minutes. People are walking back into the kitchen. I get people are busy but at least be honest when you give a time frame. Could have said it’s an hour on the phone and we would have been fine. To say 20 minutes and have it be an hour and a half for $20 pad tai and $20 curry. Come on. For that I will never return. Not how you treat customers or employees … – show

Tasty chicken pad thai, portions are small is the only bad thing. I hope the portions to go could be bigger, maybe double size, lol.

I specifically asked for mild spice level, but the server Jason V didn’t listen, and entered ‘hot’ for the order. I didn’t notice until I arrived home, and the food was so spicy it was inedible. I had to throw it away. I won’t be returning.

I put my order in online without even thinking about what time it was. They called and said it would be ready in 15 minutes, and I was late getting there. Supposed to close at 9, and I show up at 9:27 like an a-hole. They were even nice enough to call and tell me they were still holding my food for me and couldn't have been nicer when I came in to pay. Sorry again about that! Btw, the food was great, too!!
