Feedback gevenThis was our second visit to this restaurant with the last visit in 2021 during a trip to Park City. We had a fabulous meal and experience the first time. This time was a different experience. 1. Waited for 15 minutes to receive our drink order with one drink being incorrect. 2. After we ordered, we never saw our server again until the check was ready. No one came to check on our orders, more water, drinks or if we enjoyed the meal. We had to find a different server just to get more water. 3. The food was okay but not good enough to want to go back after « terrible service » Would not recommend this restaurant.
Our server Analese was awesome! Finally a server that was smiling and attentive from the beginning. Food was excellent. Beet salad is a must and our party of 6 ordered 4 pizzas and they were all great! Willow, the manager, checked on us twice. Again, a happy person, they was fun to talk to. A great spot for pizza and salad! We had the beet salad and green salad both were large, fresh and excellent. We also shared the meat lover pizza delicious and has a homemade crust. Perfect casual spot after the end of a ski day.
The Brass Tag has definitely improved their menu and food. We have been there several times over the years but we’re often disappointed in the last couple. The new menu offers better options and the food was quite good and tasty. The Calamari was a little tough but tasty. The Pomodoro Primevera was perfectly cooked and nicely done, but the sauce was a bit runny. The salads were good and we had several different small pizzas which were all good. They were serving on the patio and the weather was perfect around the fire feature and overlooking the pool and mountains. Wines were good and drinks well made. Didn’t have dessert but they looked good. They have clearly changed chefs and it shows. The only negative was the chairs. They are temporary patio seating and need to be replaced for nice dining. Overall very nice experience.
It looked like nice restaurant , but we came there service was horrible. Cocktails are like some child made them. Menu is very weak , nothing to order much, they consider peace of break like an appetizer. My salad was full of vinegar which was impossible to eat, it burnt my stomach, I just returned it back, I could even eat a half of it. Anyway, I don’t recommend this place. They position themselves as luxury restaurant , but in reality they are no better as simple middle class cafe.
