The dining experience was fantastic, especially the salt and pepper calamari which was a standout. The all-you-can-eat chicken bites were also delicious, although I wasn't a fan of the BBQ sauce as it was too smoky for my taste. However, that's where the positives ended. The atmosphere was cold and the staff seemed unwilling to help, citing that they were understaffed due to a busy night. Despite their efforts, it was clear that they lacked experience. We had to wait 30 minutes just to be seated and another hour for our drinks, eventually having to go up to the bar to get them ourselves. Sitting near the kitchen, we noticed that our food was sitting under the pass for an average of 10 minutes before being served. It's disappointing to see a restaurant with such potential and great food struggle like this. Hopefully, the management team can address these issues before it's too late.

I ordered the Outback Steak and it was served relatively quickly. However, when it arrived, the potatoes tasted like they were instant potatoes. When I brought this up to the staff, they spoke to the manager and offered me fries as a replacement. This, along with the tough steak, led me to believe that my concerns were valid. Overall, I would recommend going to Hogsbreath instead.

The food at this restaurant was fantastic, with one member of our group raving about the delicious steak. There was a wide variety of options on the menu to suit every palate, including options for children. The kids were provided with colored pencils and paper to keep them entertained. The staff was very friendly and even sang happy birthday to one of our party, much to their embarrassment, and gave them a free dessert. While the prices were reflective of the quality of the food and not cheap, we were able to use our Entertainment Book coupons to save some money. Overall, a great dining experience.

If u love game, this is the restaurant for &!! big juicy steaks of cows, crows, roos etc. they have seafood, which is also so fresh and delicate. Childhood, nice staff. We're going to work now and then.

We we there for a group dinner. I ordered the sirloin steak medium and it was the toughest steaks have ever had. Our whole group said the same and we were all disappointed. For the price and being a specialty steak house you would think...they would know how to cook steak?
