This place is disgusting!!! Ordered a fresh pack quart of butter pecan and these people sent me a 2 month old expired tub. There’s no way that could’ve been a mistake. Disgusting!!!! That’s a dairy product. How do you have 2 month old expired products in your store. I’ll be reporting to the health department about this as well. Disgusting.

Look, I can see how there 's nothing glamorous about working here.However, as others have said the staff is just unprofessional.They clean the ice cream counter on Sunday...at 3 PM... when it 's 84 degrees out.Then ask you, "Are you looking for coffee or ice cream? "Customer service at its finest.

They are not friendly at this Dnd!...I wanted light on the cream on my iced coffee, but drank it anyway, and they knew it, the girl said she didn 't know...dahhhh, the guy never told her So on my way to the out of order bathrooms with two little ones, I asked for alittle coffee to just make up for the iced cream(hardly any coffee) in my previous order!...they refused, just bad customer service!, just awful!!

Every time I go in here these people are miserable they really need to take a class how to deal with people . Would it hurt y'all to put a smile on your face and say good morning it's called customer service. Maybe there's a class that you guys could take . I seen one good review on here that must've been a manager pretending he was a customer.
