Domino's Pizza - Park Ridge

This place is a scam they NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE…they say 30 min delivery and an hour and a half later they’re still not here…u try to call n find out what’s going on they don’t answer…I will do everything in my power to spread the word and make sure I close this place down I promise

To anyone who visits this location new management is under way once phones credit card readers work we will be giving the best service we apologize to some who have received there xl pizza in large boxes some aren’t trained well anyways look forward to assisting all guest and customers stop by some wait times are longer then usual at any location when your swamped with orders food tend to arrive late but doesn’t mean the food has been sitting the orders come in ima first come first served situation no one gets favoritism as we tend to help guest get satisfied be patient the food is coming this is a great location to all our customers we hope u understand

I ordered one large cheese pizza. I waited like 30 then left the house to pick up my pizza. I was informed that my pizza was not ready yet. The gentlemen at the cashier informed me that they haven 't even started my pizza yet because they were very busy. He gave me the option to cancel my order or it would take another 20-30 minutes. When I revisited to pick up my order, I realized that there is a woman screaming on the line to cashier. Probably she did the same thing and visited the store without receive ready message or text. It was my fault to go there without confirmation email. Staff was very nice and apologized for the delay. They were all working very hard to make those back up orders ready. If any of them read this review tonight, I just wanted to say: Hang in there . I always order and pick up my pizza from this store. It never happened before and all of them are very nice.

Worst service, forty five minutes after ordering and at arrival said that it’s going to take extra 55 minutes,

THIS STORE IS A SCAM.My family and I had guests over and we placed order for XL 16” pizza and the driver delivered L,i called the store almost 100000000 times to complain and nobody picked up.I called the headquarters and all they could do was transfer me to the local store which is this store still nobody picked.Beware of this store,run far away from them.Attached are photo evidences.SCAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM
