Overall good food and service. I only tried the tacos, as well as the rest of my party. Will review again after my next visit.

My bacon wrapped shrimp was awesome and it came with a salad that was delicious also. The mango margarita was very tasty. Service was right on point. will be back!

Unlike some Mexican restaurants, I could recognize every ingredient in my fajita.

Pretty outstanding This is one of the FIRST serious Mexican Restaurants in Chicago. I remember their old location just South of where they are now. Before Bayless and Frontera/ Topolobampo... THIS was one of the very few Mexican Restaurants that was more authentic than most as well as being creative. Getting on to 40yrs later and this place is still outstanding. My girl lives not too far from here and wanted to be surprised, she was pleasantly surprised. The food is great, the place is busy. The Margaritas are on POINT and they have a well chosen wine list too. We had a great time.
