The room prices are reasonable at $109 per night on weekdays, but I was disappointed to find that this hotel is the only one with a mandatory mask policy. The pool and dining options at the steakhouse were closed, along with the cinema. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was unreliable for most of our stay, and some cable channels would suddenly disappear. On a positive note, I was pleasantly surprised by the food at the grill restaurant. I really enjoyed the New York steak, potatoes, and sweet medley for dinner.

I had a fantastic experience! The food was delicious and very affordable. We didn't even have to leave our hotel rooms to dine, as we enjoyed breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the restaurant. My grandchildren loved the indoor pool while my wife and I had fun with the slot machines! I can't wait to come back soon (hopefully to win my money back)! Plus, let's not forget that the resort has its own private ramp for water toys!

They have the masquerade event again, and they are very strict about the rules. Even when we just had a beer, they constantly shouted at us to put our masks on. We had our dog, Rocky, in a stroller, and he was perfectly well-behaved. Then a Chihuahua jumped on him and started barking at him. The security lady, who was overly strict, expressed concern that Rocky was barking. I explained that it wasn’t Rocky who was causing trouble; he was just reacting to the Chihuahua. They never gave us a warning or anything despite us trying to enjoy ourselves. We had just won $800, and not even 10 minutes later, someone yelled because Rocky had barked once, and the security officer came over and told us we had to leave. It’s frustrating that we lost our $800 like that!

My family and I love it here, but, honestly, they could use more help in small caffe. they have a person who does everything. they struggle, then they run to make the food line will be super long. in the meantime there are 20 security people on the floor.

4 stars. Now up front, I rarely give 5 stars. A place would have to be near perfect for me to give 5 stars. Venetian and the Bellagio in Las Vegas 4.5 I’ll start with the things that could use improvement. The walkways in front of the room doors have a lot of debris, empty wrappers and stickiness on the floor. I also read this on another review and I must agree . The Entertainment center with the fridge, dresser drawers, is missing a handle. I mention these as it seems these are very easy fixes. The size of the tv is fair at best a bit small for me. Guessing 27 ? But I don’t know. The reception is not always there. I’ll go back to a channel I was watching and now it says no signal along with several channels lost seems like it runs on a poor WiFi ? Versus a cable ? But for the most part it does the job. Alright, now the positive, The rooms are very nice and clean with Ice Cold air conditioning. Room was 67 outside was 115. In the past we had to switch rooms due to poor A/C. But this trip it was ICE! The pillows were good but the beds were great! Very comfortable and soft. Coffee maker in room. Super nice pool with water slide and jacuzzi. But only open Thursday thru Sunday at this time. So we missed it again. But here’s the kicker, every room has a view of the Colorado river with a balcony. Large sliding glass door to look at the boats, river, birds and desert mountains in the background. The view is to die for. Kind of why I’m here. I’ve been fighting advanced cancer and needed some therapy-that’s where this room and view comes in. It helps so much with calming your mind, the peacefulness and tranquility. All for about 128 bucks. Trust me it’s worth it. We used to get the rooms for free actually my wife is the gambler but she no longer receives complimentary rooms does not play as much ? Time of year it’s in much more in demand ? Really don’t know, but does not matter. It’s still nice . The food is good, and usually a special for about 10 bucks or so. Last night was all you can eat spaghetti for 10 bucks . It was good the meatballs were great! For you boaters, it has a nice boat ramp and parking. Cost not sure? Lots of stuff here to enjoy The machines were fair, wife had no big wins that she told me about? But I feel we all won on this trip. That’s all I got, thanks Jack
