Eddy's Mexican - Parker

We were staying at an Airbnb down the street and didn't want to drive to town to get dinner makings so we stopped in. First off, ordered 2 negro Modelo micheladas which were honestly the best micheladas I've ever had. Chips and salsa, plus queso, were all great. We ordered a few dishes and they were all huge and well seasoned. Definitely a great place if you're nearby!

The chef was accommodating to my picky family's wants. The food was delicious and the restaurant was mostly clean. The prices are fair. We would eat there again when we are in Parker.

Found Eddy's on yelp and decide to try during our recent stay at Parker Dam, ordered to go and it was delicious, from the minute we walked in smelled so good like home made cooking .. place is super cute and clean inside , super friendly lady at the counter will make your food the way you want it . My husband had burrito carne Asada. W red sauce said it was really good. I ordered the chili relleno burrito w green pork sauce and it was out of this world good !! Super fresh food so good we went back the second day !! Just a quick trip over the bridge . Fresh chips and salsa and even a delicious queso cheese sauce was given to us ,, after a long day on the river perfect meal to end the day !! All you river rats go and try this place out you won't be sorry !!! We will be back for sure !!

Adele is the best! Food is very good! Generous portions. We come here in the summer and winter.

Every time my fiancée and I come to Parker, we eat here. Such good food after a day on the water. The service is extremely attentive, fast, and fun. Everyone is so nice. Everything we've tried has been delicious. You can't go wrong here! Hopefully next time we're there, we can try the roasted poblano sauce (they didn't have it last time), but their tomatillo sauce was awesome. Keep it up Eddy's!!!
