Feedback gevenThe customer service was great, but the overall quality was not on the stand or what I remember when I lived near jack in the box locations in the past.
I ordered a breakfast sandwich through the app. The sandwich was incorrect so I took it back in to ask that it be remade correctly. The girl at the counter said it wasn 't her fault. I said well it wasn 't my fault that THEIR APP didn 't send it to them the way I ordered. I just asked that they remake it. The counter lady said (in a snippity, hateful fashion), You don 't have to be rude! Um...I wasn 't being rude. Just asking for the correct sandwich.The girl snatched the incorrect sandwich from me and threw it in the trash. Since we all have different perceptions, I will say that my perception was that she is a very nasty, hateful person.As they were remaking the sandwich I said I also wanted the bacon as it is part of the sandwich. The counter lady said (again in a snippity and extremely condescending fashion) We KNOW how to make our sandwiches! I don 't believe the customer is always right, because that is not accurate. But asking for my sandwich to be made the way I asked for it doesn 't seem like an unreasonable request.So it was made wrong, just accept responsibility, state you 'll have the app checked in to, and be done with it. That seems simple enough to me and customer service goes a long way. As it stands, until that girl is not there any longer, I won 't be back!
Just gave this pile of an establishment another shot and wow am I an idiot for that. The bread was absolute beef jerked on my sourdough jack and the taste of hate and burning grundle was in my curly fries. I've worked in the franchise world before and whoever owns this establishment really needs to figure it out. Even if you 11 beers deep this wouldn't be worth it. Absolute torture food. The worst.
Ordered breakfast today and asked for the bun to be double toasted and crispy bacon. sandwich came not as ordered and the bacon near floppy. I asked the cashier to retoast my order and give me crispy bacon. he took the sandwich from the box with his hand and lifted up the bun to look at the bacon. he then gave it to a redhead, believed to be in charge, telling me she had already toasted the bun. I asked her to toast the bun again. she handed me the sandwich back and the bacon was still floppy. I picked up the floppy bacon and showed it to them and they said nothing. I threw the bacon on the bag they had given me and the 19 year old male threatened to call the police. I asked for my money back. the male said twice more that if I threw the bacon on the bag, he would call the police. what kind of Management allows this type of response to customer? I eat at this location at least twice per month and never had such bad service and out of control employee attitudes. I question if I will ever return to this eating establishmen.
Dined in. The lobby was clean I got meat lovers breakfast burrito combo and wife got the teriyaki chicken bowl with egg roll combo. Food was hot and tasted great.
