I was very disappointed with our stay this time around. I 've been vacationing here for about 15 years. Sadly I 've watched this place decline in cleanliness and customer service. Specifically at our stay last couple weeks, we booked a room with a king bed in the 5th floor. Immediately after entering the room it smelled as if the carpet was soaked in water at one point and dried up in closed in the heat. The sheets has a couple of possible blood spots, make up I wasn 't wearing any) hair that didn 't belong to me and the mattress cover had a couple of dryed up spots . Gross) there were spider webs in the corners with little residents. In the restroom there were dried up cup rings on the sink from previous people. The bathroom sink was clogged. Requested maintenance, they came, we left and came back to find the sink still clogged and our towels had been used to clean the water they spilled on the floor. There was blonde hair all over the bathroom floor I have dark hair) with dust bunnies attached to it. The light switches were sooo dirty. As for customer service it 's just sad. It 's so unwelcoming cold. No hello, smile or anything. Checking in? Went through the check in motions and we were in our way. Made me feel like we were bothering them. The pool area was a mess. The slide was being worked on understandable) but the swimming pool looked to have grime that settled in the corners on the bottom of the pool. We don 't gamble but that seemed to be nice. I got some pictures but didn 't get alot. Hope this helps for your next stay.
