Wendy's - Parker

We ordered three single combos with iced tea at 8:15 on Thursday night. The hamburgers were not freshly cooked, the buns were hard, the lettuce was wilted, the meat was dry, the fries were stale, and the iced tea was diluted.

I absolutely love their new fries—they're always fresh and crispy, with just the right amount of salt. The spicy chicken nuggets have a hint of smokiness that really enhances their flavor, and their spicy chicken sandwich is ten times better than any competitor's, especially Chick-fil-A.

I wanted to order a cheeseburger, and while the staff was friendly enough, they didn’t smile and seemed quite monotonous. I’m giving this place a two-star rating because I noticed how dirty the entire restaurant was when I went to use the restroom. The state of the bathroom was especially alarming. The floor was covered in who knows what, the wallpaper was peeling off, and the urinal had graffiti all over it. To make matters worse, there was blood in the wash basin. Fortunately, I didn't have to touch much, except for the soap and paper towel dispensers, as the automatic ones were out of service. I am definitely disappointed with the cleanliness and overall quality of this restaurant; it was quite off-putting. This restaurant should definitely maintain a much higher standard.

I consistently found the food to be cold and stale, and my orders were consistently incorrect. They often missed sauces, served the wrong drinks, and mixed up my orders, which I found extremely frustrating. I even arrived before 11 o'clock, when they claimed to be open, but they were closed. The level of inconvenience is truly astounding.

On a Thursday evening at 10:00, the drive-thru sign was lit up, but I wasn't sure if they were actually open. It seems like the pandemic has made some people feel okay about not doing their jobs well. Whoever manages this franchise is overpaid for the level of service provided here, and it's frankly embarrassing. McDonald's is serving up fresher food and operating much more efficiently than this place. I recommend skipping this restaurant and heading over to KFC, McDonald's, or Sonic instead. Trust me—learn from my mistake and opt for a better choice!
