Dunkin' - Parkersburg

My daughter loves Dunkin' Donuts so much that she wanted a Dunkin' theme for her 7th birthday. I called the location and asked if I could purchase a table for her party, and the manager went above and beyond. She provided us with cups and straws for the party, and also gifted my little girl a hat, a name sign, a gift card, and a new Dunkin' tumbler. It truly made her day! We visit often, but we'll be coming even more now. Thank you for making her day so special!

I really enjoy coming here because they always get my order correct and the staff is consistently friendly. They can be a bit slow at times, but that's to be expected, especially with new employees or during busy periods. I just wish I knew the names of the friendly people at the drive-thru so I could let their manager know how much I appreciate seeing their smiling faces. Keep up the great work!

I'm not a big fan of baked, I'm sure they're good. it's the coffee I like. Do not waste any money somewhere on gourmet $5 coffee, her regular coffee is always fresh and much better than the competition. Now and then I splurge, but the regular coffee is just good to me. good price. quite right. beautiful place to sit and chat with friends
