Great Steak Grill - Parkersburg

The atmosphere at the restaurant is delightful. I love visiting after a meal, but encountering the staff's unique personalities is truly delightful. They are great workers. I never thought I'd appreciate mall food so much until I met the wonderful people there.

The food is grilled right in front of you as you place your order, which I absolutely love. There's something special about freshly made meals; they taste so much better. I highly recommend trying the unconventional sub—it's the hawn teriyaki, and it’s amazing!

They were out of ham, bacon, and lettuce. No seasoning salt for the fires. Said it hadn’t made its way back from the food court tables. Gross to know they would have used it after not knowing were it had been. They are listed on the Parkersburg South discount card but they don’t take it and no sign saying they don’t. Will not be returning. Payed full price for food when they are out of items.

HORRIBLE place. Absolutely horrible. They were selling bad meats to people, I overheard one of the employees say they didn’t want to sell bad meats to people. The managers there are horrible, shouldn’t even be managers. Especially the blonde hair lady. Never coming back. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone

Since the new owners took over, everything has improved! The place is consistently clean, the staff is always friendly, and the food is much better! The subs are huge, too! I also recommend checking out the band’s performances!
