Mcdonald's Family Restaurants - Parkes

Once again, I found the staff at this restaurant to be disappointing. I had pre-ordered my food as I needed to catch a taxi. Despite there being no one in the store or the drive-through, I still had to wait 15 minutes, which was longer than I had expected. The food was also subpar - the chicken was stale and hard, the chips had no salt, one of the drinks was only 2/3 full, and the double cheeseburgers were served cold with unmelted cheese. When I called to address these issues, I was informed that I needed to collect a refund immediately, rather than being given the option to do so at a later date. As a chef of 10 years, I do not have high expectations when dining here, but I do expect my food to be freshly cooked and properly prepared. In summary, the food was cold and I was essentially told to go away.

Very poor service and rude managers. Staff cant answer questions. Most times you go through drive through youre asked to park and wait. They got order mixed up and never said sorry to either party or thanks to me for giving order to correct person. You cam eveen be forced to park and wait for 2 drink. Very unprofessional...

I approached the counter to order a meal at this McDonalds, and an elderly female employee said to me very rudely we don 't take orders here, you have to use one of the machines and she pointed to an automatic machine, so I just walked out the door, and went to KFC next door

We waited over 20 minutes in the drive-through and then had to wait just as long for 2 coffees. They really need to improve their service. A big time-waster.
