Blue hair and brush left in bathroom sink. Floors extremely sticky. On 1 good note fries were good. I recommend take out the inside is disgusting.
We love Arby's but the one in Parkesburg can never get the fries right! If they are hot and fresh they have no salt and if there's enough salt they are cold and old!
I have been an Arby's customer for many years. So in general I'm a fan of Arby's, BUT this particular store (in Parkesburg) has been disappointing over the past couple years, and my last two visits (within the past month) were especially disappointing, and frustrating. During my most recent visit (on 6-26-2022) I told the drive-thru person that they had neglected to give me the mozzarella sticks the last time (so I paid for an item I didn't receive), so I wanted to make sure I get all the food items this time. The drive-thru person did nothing and said nothing about the issue I raised about my last visit. The reality is that Arby's owes me money or mozzarella sticks, but that drive-thru person didn't want to do any simple acts of customer service to fix that problem. I think he just wanted us to leave. Here is where it gets worse. I paid via credit card, and the drive-thru person was trying to get us moving because he gave us the ordered food, BUT he had NOT given me my credit card back. I had to ask for it twice! The drive-thru guy said he planned to keep my credit card. He said it as if he was joking, but I think he may have been serious. I had to ask for my receipt because he wasn't giving me the receipt either. When viewing all of this in its entirety, I suspect that the worker may have been up to something. CAUTION to any customers using your credit card at this place: Make sure you get your credit card back!!! Don't let the workers smoke-screen you, because they might try to make you forget your credit card. On a positive note, their shake machine is working again after months and months and months of not working. This Arby's location has the potential to be good, but they've been less than good for the last couple years. The management should go to a Chick-fil-A to see what good customer service looks like at a fast food restaurant. And I've never had any workers at Chick-fil-A attempt to keep my credit card. I still have my receit from this Arbys vist, so maybe that can identify the worker. But if not, I remember what the worker looks like. I will have to check my credit card statements for months to see if there's any improper charges. All of the above has wasted my time, and will continue to waste my time, and involves things that I should not have had to deal with. I've worked at a fast food restaurant. It's not that complicated, and not that difficult. It's also not difficult to be an honest person and an honest worker who doesn't try to keep customer credit cards.
The lines was long, the cheese on my 5 meal was cold, and the milkshakes/deserts are un available. I do like the curly fries. I believe they're just having an off day because I love Arby's most of the time. Not today.
