Ok so I go at 1pm on a Sunday to grab some bagels..I knows its late, but they are open till 3pm...they are completely out of bagels..when asked if more were coming..the response I get is.....we only make bagels in the morning for the day, when we are out we are out...well that just told me they really aren 't fresh later on...... Bronx bagels here is come!As a response, I understand you try to make enough foe the dayYour name is Parkland BAGELS If you close at 3pm and at noon you notice your running low...you make more! You have 4 hours left of a business day....and it takes about 30 min to cook more. I grew making bagel in NY. If a pizzeria runs out of pizza they make more! But it 's ok if that 's how you run your Bagel shop..there are lots of other great bagel places around that cook them throughout the day..thank you and good luck
Family owned !!!! Loved the atmosphere. Food was great !!! First time here and will come back often. You know it’s good breakfast and great coffee because it’s between Starbucks and a Mods pizza … a must try… French toast were amazing…
The staff overall is very rude, the girl who answers the phone always has an attitude when I try to place an order. I asked her to read my order back to me to make sure that it was correct because it was a big order that had certain exclusions due to allergies and what not, and instead of doing what I asked, she said “I wrote down everything you said, that’s a waste of time.” Another instance I had with this place, they forgot something in my order that I was charged for and instead of the woman being apologetic and helpful, she was very rude (older woman). It’s almost as if these people have a daily goal to be rude to customers. The food is usually good, but significantly overpriced. Everyone who works there needs a crash course on how to speak to people, especially if they’re going to charge an arm and a leg to eat there.
Everyone was so warm and welcoming. This was the first time there and the young guy at the counter was super helpful and super patient while we discussed what we wanted. I will definitely go back! Thank you for a great experience!!
