I am positive that this is a case where the pictures speak for themselves. Margherita is great addition to our neighborhood. The staff are extremely kind, pleasant and helpful which can be a combination that is hard to find. I've been to this location twice and the one in Bel Air a couple of times and the food is always fresh and taste fantastic. Definitely my new goto in the area and a great place to pick up a last minute dinner or a hearty lunch (they have great lunchspecials as well)! Also love that they sale by the slice, you will not be disappointed!

Q. How do you please an upset customer who received a wrong order? 1. Apologize for the wrong order and give a coupon for the next visit. 2. Ask the customer to bring the old one and give a new one. 3. Apologize first. Make a new one and deliver it to the customers address as soon as possible with no extra charge. Some places will do #1. Most places will do #2. Margheritas in Parkville will do #3 which is going above and beyond to provide excellent customer service andsatisfaction. Been a regular since the opening because their food is delicious. Usually they do not mess up on orders but today I experienced their exceptional customer service. Tried countless things on their menu from pizza, pasta, subs,wings, salad, bread, and more. They make their own sauce and bread. YES. Fresh tomato sauce. Fresh bread. Fresh veggies and ingredients. What a gem. Kingsville location is good as well. I wish I had more photos of the food. It makes youwanna start dig in even before taking photos. Told them if the food was good that I would be back. The pizza and salad was so good, I definitely went back! Vegetarian items are delicious.
